1. Dial 9828098140 from your vodafone mobile
2. Then IVR(computer voice) speak. you have to dial here the full number follwing # sign(ex. 919828000000#) of your victim
3. it will tell you the victims balance
Note: you also can recharge the victim's mobile using this method.

ex. dial 9828098140(from your own mobile) then computer speaks and again dial 919828000000#(victim's number)
