- Create a Paytm Wallet on www.paytm.com or on paytm app.
- Download the eKYC form and fill it. (click here to download)
- Download the Golden Gate App and install it on supported tab or smartphone. (click here for Paytm eKYC App.)
- Call us for user ID and password for Golden Gate App.
- See the GG Training Module for doing eKYC .(click here to download)
- Use same mobile number for paytm wallet and ekyc .

It will use an Aadhaar based electronic know-your-customer process (eKYC) to verify user’s credentials.

Technical requirement:
An Android Tablet/ Smartphone versions >4.2.2 with OTG Support/USB host feature.
A GSM SIM for internet connectivity.
A Finger Print Sensor – Morpho MSO1300e2.
Agent Mapping Process:
An Agent should have a Paytm Wallet.
Before mapping Agent eKYC should be done.
Send the Agent details in Agent Mapping Excel Format at csc.kotri.ajm@gmail.com.
Note:
KYC can be done for only customers who already have a wallet in the new GG app. If a customer does not have a wallet, then get the wallet created for the customer and then proceed with KYC.
KYC form is a mandatory requirement. Please click the photo of KYC form after getting it duly filled by customer. If we find cases where agents are clicking random photos instead of KYC form, strict action will be taken against both agent and agency leading to blacklisting of them

An Associate can employ as many Agents as he wants to but the Agents should be registered with Prince Emitra e-services.
